Regarding the technology stack, it's actually not as scary as it seems at first glance, most technologies have a similar architecture and in most cases when we speak about a concept in one tool, it can be used in another as well. The same story with clouds.

But there really should be some role division, because it can be extremely difficult for people, especially those who are just starting their journey.
